Order Processing & Fulfillment
All orders placed on our website are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Once your order is packed and handed to the carrier, the shipping timeline begins.
Shipping Provider & Delivery
We fulfill all U.S. orders through U.S. shipping network. Your order will be shipped directly from the warehouse to your U.S. address, including APO/FPO addresses and U.S. territories such as Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, and U.S. Virgin Islands.
Standard Shipping
We offer Standard Shipping for USD 5 per order, with an estimated delivery time of 5-10 business days for the imported products, and 3-5 business days products (only if listed within this timeline) within the United States.
Free Shipping
Enjoy free Standard Shipping on all orders.

Delays & Exceptions

Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, lost parcels, or returned shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Missing or Damaged Items
If any item arrives missing, damaged, or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item and packaging
We will assist you promptly with a replacement or suitable solution.
Taxes & Duties
All orders shipped within the U.S. are typically duty-free. However, shipments with a declared value exceeding US $800 per person per day may be subject to additional customs duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the retailer.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays, delivery failures, or service disruptions caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters (storms, floods, earthquakes)
- War, civil unrest, or acts of terrorism
- Strikes or labor disputes
- Epidemics, pandemics, or public health emergencies
- Government actions, customs delays, or border closures
- Transportation shutdowns or major courier disruptions
In such circumstances, delivery timelines may be extended, and shipping delays may not be compensated.
Shipping Restrictions
Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States and U.S. territories. Wholesale shipments are not covered under this policy.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier’s website. Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving the tracking number for the tracking information to update.
