Return & Refund Policy
General Return Policy
At AZUN BOUTIQUE LLC (“The AZUN”, “we,” “our,” or “us”), we accept returns for eligible clothing items that remain unworn, unused, and in their original condition with all tags and SKU-labeled packaging intact. To qualify for a return, customers (“you”) must submit a return request within Three (3) days from the date the order is marked as delivered by the courier, and returns must be completed within Seven Days (7) days from the date delivered to the customer. Returns shipped without prior approval, or items that fail to meet the required condition standards, may be subject to a restocking fee of up to twenty percent (20%) or may be denied at our discretion. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a verified error or a damaged/incorrect item. Once an authorized return is received, please allow 5–7 business days for inspection and processing. You will receive an email confirmation once the review is complete. All products not otherwise restricted under this policy fall within this General Return Policy.
How to Submit a Return Request
To initiate a return, you must email us with clear photo and video evidence of the item and its condition. Evidence may be provided as a shareable link or file attachments not exceeding 25 MB. Once reviewed, we will advise whether the item qualifies for return. If approved, we will provide step-by-step instructions for the return process. Unauthorized returns shipped to us without approval will not be accepted or refunded.
Condition Requirements for Returns
Returned items must be in new, unused, unwashed, and undamaged condition. Products must show no signs of wear, including but not limited to stains, makeup marks, stretching, odors, deodorant residue, or pet hair. All original tags, inserts, accessories, and SKU-labeled garment bags must be intact and included. Items failing to meet these criteria may incur a restocking fee or be deemed ineligible for return. AZUN reserves the right to make the final determination regarding item condition.
Return Shipping Responsibility
Unless the return is due to a verified AZUN error—such as an incorrect, defective, or damaged item—customers are fully responsible for all return shipping costs. If a prepaid return label is issued for approved cases, it will be provided during the return approval process. We strongly recommend sending returns via a traceable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or undelivered return packages.
Refund Processing
After receiving the returned item, our team will conduct a quality inspection, which may require 5–7 business days. If the return is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method unless another arrangement has been agreed upon. Please note that banks or payment processors may require additional time to post the refund. A confirmation email will be sent once the refund has been completed.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within five (5) days of the delivery date. Your claim must include clear photo and/or video evidence of the issue, including images of the packaging and SKU label. Once verified, we may issue a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion. Claims submitted after the three-day period or without sufficient evidence may not qualify for review or compensation.

AZUN reserves the right to amend or update this Return & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon publication. Continued use of our services following the posting of any updates signifies your acceptance of the revised policy. Customers are encouraged to review this page regularly.
